Who we are

NXTCORE is currently being formally established as an independent technology company. Until formal registration, the founder is responsible for the processing of personal data as described in this privacy policy. What we collect

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. When you email us directly, we receive the details in your email.

To protect the form against abuse, we keep a hashed form of your IP address for up to one hour to limit how many messages can be sent.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking, and loads no fonts or scripts from third parties.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your message and to follow up on it if you want us to. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

Who else receives it

The website runs on a server at Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) and is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site. Your message is delivered as email and stored in Microsoft 365. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your message as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than two years after our last contact, unless a contract requires otherwise.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or receive a copy. Email [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority at dataprotectionauthority.be.
